The hotel is much older than the pictures show but well run. The elevators were frustrating and the soap dispensers in the rooms were so ridiculous that we bought our own soap. Otherwise it’s very convenient for seeing broadway shows, which is why we chose this hotel.

Stayed here for a quick trip. Check in was easy and fast. Stayed in the 15th floor was able to use secondary elevator for quick access to my room. It’s in New York so some things was expected, like parking and room size. The room was clean bed was comfortable. If you get extremely cold you would need a blanket. They just use thick sheets. It was fine for me. Parking is 2 blocks away but you can get lucky like we did and park on the street. Hotel is conveniently close to everything. I would stay here again

Hotel and rooms were clean. Elevators are old and slow, but it’s part of the charm of an old hotel. Staff were nice. Had complimentary coffee/tea in the mornings which was helpful.
