The advertising photos, we're far nicer than the actual property. There was really nothing in the lobby. There was no coffee, no bottled water. No services, no hairdryer, the rooms we're tiny, slightly bigger than the bed. The air conditioning and heater didn't work. We had to open the window to try to modulate the heat, and when we called for service, it was impossible to get anybody 2 show up. It was just an absolute, terrible experience. And i'm generally not a picky traveler, but this was unacceptable

They charged me for wifi was wasn’t even used. The TV was limited to a few channels without the option of purchasing a film or having any apps. Faulty outlets. Safe to keep your belongings safe did not work. Also a floor board just broke off the floor from just stepping into the room. Safe to say, I won’t be staying there again.

Room did not have a thermostat in it so we had to call to get repairman to lower temperature and then we couldn't change it ourselves for the entire stay. Light flickered continuously in the bathroom. Elevators took forever. Room was extremely basic. Location was excellent of course.

When we went to check in- well After the 3pm check in time- our room was not ready and in response, the front desk clerk was unbelievably rude as though we were inconveniencing him. Facility and room were very run down. Mildew on shower ceiling. Furniture chipped and peeling. Elevator took forever. Would definitely NOT recommend

Front desk wont even entertain or take any information until 3pm for check in. This causes a massive line waiting. If you even approach the desk at 2:50pm you are told to step aside a wait. I understand if rooms may not be ready until 3pm, but this is simply asinine. Rioms are tiny and have an extremely musky smell, with the ac/radiator unit caked in dust.

My first room was like a prison cell. Dark and tiny on an air shaft. The desk clerk kindly switched me to a much larger room which I really appreciated but I found a large red stain on the floor that looked like blood. Weird room. Elevators packed all the time and lobby unattractive. Expensive for a room that should have cost $150

Great location, front desk personnel nice and courteous. Small room but typical in NY. Comfortable bed, clean room. Only complaint, there was no shower door/curtain (partiallly) so water splashes all over.

Please please communicate with cleaning staff. They start knocking at door at 8 o clock that’s so annoying . We come for vacation not for being an early bird. I got that you need to clean but have some patience and respect for the guest. The day I leave the maintenance lady 11/31 for 724 was very Loud and rude with me(724) and the neighbour. We love to visit the hotel but all my 4 mornings had bad experiences.

There was no chair in my room- there was no room for a chair. the stairwell was dirty- i was on the 2nd floor so used that mostly. The maids cart was right outside my door the entire stay. It was noisy.

A-C wasn’t working in the room, so 81 degrees the whole night. Bed light didn’t work and no power outlets. Hole in the ceiling and couch, crack in the closet, some hairs on the bed, dirty under the bed, sheets looked old and not a fresh smell in the room. Glad the bathroom was fine.
