The hotel is in very poor conditions, there’s mold in the bathroom, walls, floors, sheets were dirty. AND no hot water for shower during WINTER in NY. Not a good experience.

Quick NY visit
Convenient location. Rooms are fine, but the hallways are run down and the elevators are VERY slow. Other than that, great clean place to stay.

The rooms were filthy; colleague's had dirty towels and moldy coffee maker, mine had no hot water even after running for 5 minutes. Staff were not helpful and could have cared a less about the hot water issue when I checked out. Happened to stay the night of the treelighting and music was blasting outside until 4 am.

The mattress was GREAT and the shower was hot. I called for maintenance to get the heat operating and timing was quick and professional. Other than that the room looked thrown together.

Rooms are very tiny and old. Could use a facelift. Location is great! One elevator didn’t work at it took a long time to get up and down with 17 floors. And the alarm from the elevator went off for an entire day.

Like sleeping in an ashtray
Someone had previously smoked in my room and I could smell it in the sheets. Do they not change the sheets or has the smoke so permeated the bed that it seeps through? Either way, disgusting. Also, overall the room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The window was boarded up, the window was dirty, and the furniture was dinged up and spotted.

the location was perfect. 2-5 minute walk to everything we were there for. Time square 1 minute, central park 10 minutes, Rockafella Plaza 5 minutes. Hop on bus 3 minutes. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. the only thing that could have been better was if they offered coffee. They had it in the room, but that is not the same. Overall, we will stay there again if we go back to New York. .

Excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and helpful but the property is in a great need of a renovation. Part of the furniture in our room was broken, elevators are awful, ice and vending machines aren’t working (it look like they haven’t been working in a very long time). First thing you se when you walk in is the to do laundry (not a very pretty scene). Otherwise, it has a great location and a wonderful staff.
