I booked this hotel for my son's modeling work, the location was great to go to place where i go, room was so narrowed and there are not much convenient things though, it was good to stay for 1 day.

No cleaning for less than five nights
Hotel has a policy posted in the lobby that they don’t clean rooms for anything less than a five night stay. That policy is not posted on any listing. After two nights we asked for a cleaning and were denied twice. Only after multiple insistence and embarrassing conversation about why the bed needs changing did they finally consent, but they made it clear they were doing us a favor as an exception to their policy. Had that been published on the listing we would have chosen a different hotel where service was I closed in the nightly rate.

Do not fall for the high reviews. AVOID
This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I have no idea how they can qualify as 4 star property. No restaurant or room service. No daily house keeping. Our towels smelled like smoke. The rooms were old and dirty. The only good thing was the location. Will never stay here again.

Really nice amenities but also missing some. Three peleton bikes but no treadmill which is odd. Nice to have washer dryer. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Location location and location. We also had a great view towards Rockefeller Center. Could see a peek of the Christmas tree being brought in. Room 902. You can see St Patrick’s Cathedral on one end and Radio City on the opposite end.

Location Location Location. Be 10-20 minute walk from all the best things the city has to offer. The hotel is small but the staff is kind and efficient. The perfect place to hang your hat when you enjoy yourself.

I booked this hotel based on Expedia ratings over 9. This was the worst hotel I have had in memory. No promised text sent when room was ready, internet did not work in the room, wallpaper peeling in room, room chair in poor condition, the common facilities are awful and the location is too close to busy part of Rock Ctr. I did not find staff helpful. I will never stay here again and it soured me on CQ hotels.
