The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a short walking distance from nearly everything you would want in Manhattan. I intend to stay at the Jewel again when in Manhattan

Only problem for us is that it is a pet friendly hotel. We hadn't checked. We have allergies. so that wasn't great. We could only return if guaranteed no pet room

Although the bedroom was adequate it was a little 'tired' and needed updating. Saying that the room was very clean but spoilt by the carpet . The staff were excellent, always happy to assist with anything. The second floor lounge was also excellent, providing 24hr coffee!

Nice hotel staff was nice, rooms were clean the complimentary water was much appreciated only thing is that at night a lot of homeless tend to pile down the side walk yet again its NYC aside from that, hotel was perfect.

Didn’t like the double sliding doors converging into each other for the bathroom. Doesn't provide a lot of privacy for one using the bathroom Room is for 3 adults yet the pull out bed for 3rd person is quite narrow and not of best comfort. Loved the water filling stations. Sad i left my brand new water bottle in the room refrigerator

Very nice boutique style hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for walk ability to attractions. Loved that it was so close to Saint Patrick's Cathedral and Times Square.
