Hotel is very well located right across Rockefeller. Walking distance from time square and just steps away from Radio City. Great location. I enjoyed its a small hotel so its quiet. Free tea and coffee is great they also have a nice cozy gym with vending machine and a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. This a small hotel but with all you need: excellent beds, clean, free water a coffee, laundry room, good internet. Small rooms but with all you need. I will stay here again next time.

It’s the location. You can’t beat it. It’s directly across from Rockefeller center. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet at night which was quite a surprise. The bed was comfortable. Shower was decent. The staff were very accommodating with anything we needed.

The place was ok. I feel the 9.4 star rating (the reason I chose it) was way too strong a rating. The room was good the staff was great. Parking…. Nightmare. Unloading….. nightmare. Access to the property….. nightmare. However once we got it it was a great experience. My over all rating for this hotel would be much higher than a 7.5.

It’s a charming small hotel located within walking distance of Central Park and Broadway. However, the service needs improvement. I stayed for three nights, and my room was never cleaned. They didn’t even take out the trash, despite my request.

Most of all, the location is excellent. The every staff, (especially Jesse), was nice and kind. I was secured and relaxed while I stayed in the hotel. It was much better to stay in this hotel than other named hotels. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay if you visit in Manhattan, New York.

I paid for a room with a balcony which came with a view of Rockerfeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. The A/C wasn't working. I was given a very basic room in the back of the hotel looking out a small window at the back of another building. I was not credited for the differnece. And the manager refused tonsoeaknwith me directly.
