Lovely staff and very nice room however they charge for bottled water which is quite surprising and there is only room service before 1pm. It’s a nice hotel but these things would put me off staying here again. Also there were ants crawling over the bagels at breakfast which was not nice to see

Being only 500 yards away from grand central is so convenient. You literally just walk off the tracks and you are there. Also its nice being in a hotel with a long established 50+ year history. Many of these boutique style hotels switch management/hotel groups every few years.
