The Lucerne is my favorite place to stay in NYC. The Upper West Side is a great part of the city. We always get a suite with 2 beds. It has a sitting room with a TV separate from the bedroom. Large and comfy for our family of four. Absolutely love walking this area and lots of restaurants in walking distance. They have a car to take you to the airport as well.

The Lucerne is a great hotel in the Upper West Side. The manager, Edwin, is super nice and helpful. So are all of the doormen, very helpful and genuinely are concerned for your safety. The elevators do take time when it’s busy.
