The psychic shop at the front door was a bit odd and we had a very difficult time finding the front door when we first arrived. Staff was great though - present and helpful. Room was clean and bright.

We didn’t spend much time in our rooms but everything we needed was there. Housekeeping kept up with the room without us having to request it. The location was nice and convenient. It is not a luxury hotel but the price was awesome and it was still a nice place to stay.

While the customer service was very accommodating and cordial, I experienced several issues. 1) Hotel number listed was not working to call 2) My room was filled with flies that were in the bathroom. *room changed next night with no issue) 3) no internet access the entire stay, and 4) my deposit has not been returned after 3 weeks. I welcome a representative to contact me to address but as of today there is no way to contact the hotel.

Not worth the price we paid. The building is old and run down. We had no coffee in our room, bathroom leaking constantly (we reported it but nothing happened ), the air conditioner was broken and didn’t cool room as expected. We stayed three nights and on our last day they wanted to charge us $15USD for storing our suitcases for a few hours. Don’t recommend.

We stayed there for a week and the pricing for the service and the location was totally worth it. It is located in the heart of manhattan which makes it easier to walk by the streets to the times square in short time.

The staff was wonderful and put up with our requests for a million towels. It was pretty hot when we came, and the AC worked nicely, even if it was a little quiet. The phone number listed online is out of service.

Please don’t ever ever stay there, trust me i am the easiest going person ever but this place is a rip off and a terrible stay, they never gave me back my security deposit and the manager told me that jokingly upon checkin and i thought he was joking been trying to contact them and even expedia never helped also i had no where to go at the time so i had to pay
