Good location but rooms very small. HVAC system had a high pitched noise. Engineer said system needed cleaning. Only option to stop the noise was to turn the heat in the room off. It was freezing outside. They handed us a portable heater. Ridiculous. When I voiced my disappointment the front desk said I could find another hotel then faulted me for booking through a third party booking service- Expedia.

Very small rooms but that's OK if you're planing to be out roaming the city most of the day. Very very noisy - we were in a corner room and could hear the doors slamming on either side of us at all hours. Bring your ear plugs!

Great hotel with charm

Amazing boutique hotel with character. The rooms are tiny, but once you get over that it turns out the rooms have everything you need. The lobby has a roaring fire, the staff is friendly and there's always a vibe in the lobby. The free breakfast was delicious. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Grew up / lived in this area my whole life. If you don’t mind a cozy stay (don’t expect big rooms) this is my absolute favorite place to stay! Easy access to the west 4th street subway station which has the ACEBDFM lines. Decor, sheets, bed, etc all perfect!

I had an excellent stay at The Marlton Hotel and will definitely visit again. It was a comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully classic hotel! I especially loved spending time in the cozy lobby with a cup of coffee. It’s the perfect place to stay while exploring NYC.
