The property was great! The only complaint is housekeeping was horrible for the individual room. The rest of the hotel was very clean. All other employees were very friendly and professional!

Great stay. Super convenient to everything, especially if you will experience the theater. Theodore (Doorman) and Brian (helps with luggage) are tops! Note: they do charge a $45/residence fee above and beyond your rate. Still worth it, but just a heads up.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Theodore was so kind and helpful with our bags and transportation when our flight got changed. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great. This hotel is on the older side but it is well kept and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed here and loved it! The staff was so welcoming, opening the door for us when we’d come and go, and offering to help often. We LOVED the location. Super accessible to Time’s Square but not right in all the craziness. We felt very in the action without the noise. The hotel was gorgeous and classy, and the room was huge. Loved the free daily waters. We will definitely stay here again!
