Our room was comfortable and spacious ,the bathroom was extremely small. No fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant, White Olive was amazing. Overall the hotel is in an amazing location, close to everything and also close to the subway.

Stayed here at the Shoreham hotel 4 days..room is small but big enough for 2 people . You in the city sightseeing so really no need to be in the room long anyways but to shower and sleep..great staff at the desk bell hoppers took care of out luggage both on arrival and departure ..cleaning crew were very nice in giving us extra towels and rags..room was clean everyday we got back from touring the city..highly recommend this hotel as to being convient and walkavle to the Rockefeller Center central park 5th ave and a short walk to the subway to get to times sqaure broadway is about a 14 minute walk..will stay her again when i retirn

Staff was wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, but I wouldn't suggest staying here if you're looking to spend time relaxing in your room. Carpet is unsettlingly old and everything smells musty. It served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower, but there is a reason it is significantly less expensive than others in the area.

Dont trust the pictures
While the staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided an easy check in, the condition of this hotel was terrible. It had a noticeable odor throughout the lobby, hallways, and room. The elevator was extremely small, was a rough ride, and scratched up inside. The entire hotel needs fresh paint. The tile in the bathroom was dirty, needed the caulking to be repaired. The carpet in the room and finishes of the (non-existant) decor need a redo. While the room was spacious for New York, overall it was in bad condition and not somewhere I'd ever stay again.

The rooms were very dirty, stained, paint chunks off the walls. Heater didn’t work so space heater was in the room. Which was not toddler friendly carpet was very stained up, along with the couch. Next time I will be finding a different place to stay.

This place is not chic and kind of gross.
The desk staff was not very friendly and at times rude. The carpets were disgusting. The mattress was pretty worn and we checked for bed bugs before settling in. The price tag for one night was $600+ per night and it had all of the glamour of an old airport hotel. There are some good restaurants on this street.

This had to be my worst hotel experience in nyc the hotel was dirty disgusting looking the room although spacious had a tiny closet and bath the headboard of the bed was covered with stains.there was only one elevator for very heavy traffic there was no restaurant in the property but they had an affiliation with a restaurant that is next to it but they had no breakfast the staff was not courteous and they all acted as of they did not want to be there and finally my key was deactivated 11 times during the 3 day stay and although i kept bringing the issue with management nothing was done
