Cheerful guy!
Simcha is a very personable and friendly to talk to. He helped us with all of our questions. Towels were plenty, sheets were clean, plenty of toilet paper, huge tvs. Spot seems sketchy at first, but we never felt any sense of danger while staying there. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other !

The pictures do not depict the actual property. This property was much nicer in person. Me and my 3 kids really enjoyed being here for 3nts 4dys. Very clean and smelles great. My son bumped into the soap dispensar and it jus fell off the wall and broke(our apologies for that) but other than that a great stay.

Good Location
We had a great stay! We were in town for NYFW. Our show was in Brooklyn so we decided to stay closer to the venue. Only issue was traffic, even though we were close it took an hour to get everywhere. Our host was very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was that we never received the password to tbe wi-fi so that made it hard for us to work. Other then that, we had a great stay and would stay here again!
