I almost never leave a review but when booking a hotel the reviews is what help me so I decided to leave one, I stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my husband, The hotel is a nice hotel, the breakfast every morning was nice, Housekeeping did not sweep my floor in my room when they came to clean it, they only changed the linen on the bed but the front desk for very Accommodating and gave us Everything we asked for to make our stay as pleasant as possible, As I stated Earlier The hotel is Nice, look like it’s a fairly new hotel The Biggest downside of this hotel is the area it’s in, It’s located in the Slums and soon as you walk out you see all kind of drug addicts standing around, In my honesty this hotel is to nice to be in this area

We were overall very satisfied with our stay! The hotel itself is very clean and up to date. The room was clean and up to date. The windows are nice from floor to ceiling. We had a room on the third floor, next time i would like a floor higher to have a better view of the city. Although cant complain because they aloud an earlier check in, due to arriving sooner than expected. There is free parking but on the street (same street as hotel) if you can find a spot ( there were spots available ) but the parking they jave right out front is 30$ a night and you cannot leave, you have to stay until check out ( we planned on going out a couple of times back and forth so that didnt work for us ) the parking in front is only like 5 spots. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful 😋 many options, all fresh and enough for many guests, the kitchenstaff constantly replenished without request and made sure everything was cleaned and stocked. I had the best bights rest in the comfortable bed that was in the room and there was no noise noticed. We plan to return for another stay. The trip was booked through expedia and that was also a good experience with lower prices and confirmation and worked well no problems with wyndham, long island city. Horrible the room,hallway,and elevator stunk like cigarettes smoke the shower broke while taking a shower in one of my rooms and the king bed room did not have a king bed it was more like a queen I have a king bed at my house with my wife and nothing like it we don’t come anywhere near each other through the night here we where on top of each other couldn’t sleep from the smell got a sore throat from it and nose is now plugged from my allergies from the cigarette molded smell now my trip is ruined for me and my family

Property was really nice! Breakfast was good enough! The neighborhood nearby is sketchy, but Subway station to Manhattan was just a few minute walk. I would walk to subway during the day... not at night. Take Uber at night for 9 or 10 bucks.

Good location to New York city. Near Queenbridge Mtr station. About 4 stations to Rockafella station. Breakfast was simple and decent. For the price, i think worth it.

There was a constant loud whistling noise coming from our bathroom’s exhaust that was never taken care of. I tried to call but nobody came to check it at all. We were woken up so many times in the 4 days we stayed. The phone in our room was not working as well and it was not fixed. Always had to call from the phone by the elevator. I paid atleast 3 times the amount of the regular hotel price per night. The employees did not care. Really disappointing since hotel is relatively new. The only thing nice about this hotel is it was a 5-minute walk to F train. Although area was well-lit, it felt SUPER unsafe around the neighborhood. Very sketchy area. Breakfast was okay. Sometimes the sausages or eggs never came out after running out. The guy who was helping in the kitchen seemed to really care about helping guests though. Not staying here anymore.
