They did not return the 100 dollars that they asked us for when we arrived at the hotel, as a guarantee for our stay. In the end they were going to return it to us but they didn't. And we left on time with the entire room full.

The hotel is located 2 blocks away from metro F, and a lot of bus stops nearby. The area feels unsafe although there are a lot of police and cameras around. The hotel is perfect, very clean, spacious, good decorated. The people are very friendly and respectful. The breakfast is very tasty, you have many varieties of food and drinks. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel itself was great the breakfast was on point staff was great! If I had to complain my room door didn’t close all the way when coming and going it had to be closed manually. Also parking is horrible! But other than that the hotel was beautiful and clean and welcoming!!!

I booked a room with a double bed, ADA room. I was told there are no ADA rooms with double beds, I showed the on the internet, where it says they have the room. The person at the desk she knows it's online, but says they don't have them, and knows it's wrong. I had to stay in a non-ada room. Very inconvenient.

The hotel itself was very nice, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. They provided complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 10am. The parking is very limited, I believe that I counted about 8, maybe 9, parking spots - after those are taken then you need to use street parking. The surrounding area is near some NYCHA housing projects, as well as some homeless shelters - so, some of the people you will see in the streets can look a little‘sketchy’. I did, however, see a police presence. Overall, I had a really comfortable and good experience.

Great stay minutes away from Manhattan
Staff was super kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were soft. Breakfast was good. We used public transportation the whole 3 days so it was just a 4 minute walk to the train and 2 stops into Manhattan. Would stay here again

The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy. Too much noise. But I like the location in terms of easy access to subway station. And the staff is awesome! Very helpful. Will recommend this to other tourist or guests!

The hotel itself is nice. But it's the area it's in and the surroundings. The area looks like a ghetto, with undesirable people outside the hotel. The people outside the hotel - I don't know what they were - were noisy playing loud music till 3AM. I don't why the hotel can't do something about it.
