The refrigerators are trash. You cant depend on it to keep your fresh or cold. On the other hand, you cannot beat the locatiin. Everything is within walking distance. From Burger King to Swahili restaurant on Center Street.

It was Clean.. The bar soap was used and the package was open. The blanket in the closet had about five burn spots and it scratched my skin. I was asked to come get soap from the front desk. When I returned towards the end of the day, the soap was doubled and replenished, and a new blanket was offered. Cigarettes smoke crept in my room through the bathroom. The window had to be opened and it was very cold. The front desk was made aware. Later that evening more smoke came into the bathroom. I had to wait for my ride. And The front desk graciously held my suitcase until I was able to pick it After my checkout time. On The first day, the front desk was very helpful in guiding me to hours of operation, In the name of various stores I needed it within the vicinity. There is no coffee machine or microwave or refrigerator. Very disappointed. This establishment was in general, very clean and very beautiful. The restaurant had professional and hopeful staff.

Inside is nice. Nothing overly special about the room. It shows some age, but it was clean. Asked for a rollaway bed, but never got it. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest either. Not terrible, but a little sketchy after dark. A short walk to the Prudential Center, but again, walking back after dark… A little pricey, but expected for downtown. Parking is $20 and pretty limited. All-in-all it served its purpose, and we were mostly satisfied.
