The first room I was placed in smelled musty. Customer service at the desk change my room to one that was larger. Only one elevator was working. The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough and keep titling when you open the door. AC unit makes a loud noise every time it turn on. Staff was nice and accommodating the best way they could. Breakfast was good and fresh. Beds were comfortable, they were full size they don’t have queen size bed here. Overall it was good stay just confusing if your driving to get there yourself.

Booked this property because it was close to the airport i knew we werent going to spend alot of time there but it wasnt even worth the money , when i first checked in the person asked me to insert a card for "incidental" but NEVER explained that they were going to hold $100 from me never made me aware i had to pay $20 a night because i was staying 5 nights i understand if its policy but she should of made me aware so i could of used a different card . Asked about it the next night and another lady just laughed and said it was normal i didnt think it was funny but ok and if it was normal why didnt she tell me theybwere going to put a hold? , they probably deal with alot of tourist but i wasnt a tourist , also the hotel didnt allow dogs but our room smelled so awful like there were multiple dogs in that room; once the ac wasnt running it smelled awful, i didnt complain because it was a full hotel and i figured we could just make sure the ac stays on . Overall i would never stay here again the hotel is so outdated parking was limited and it was just dirty, but it was quiet and really cheap at the time of booking .

Only given a bottle of water while other hotels gives us several bottles a day. Elevator one out of order. The other not working on the day we were leaving and had to climb down the stairs for 5 floors. Unacceptable
