The property has great employees & kind staff. Such as Anna, the concierge & management. The issue falls on the shoulder's of the owner of this Hotel/brand. The property is not up to date all around. Housekeeping is under paid and understaffed. The hotel was Out of stock on basic accessories. Amenities not listed on the hotel site that there out of service of the (pool) (bar) under renovation. The room had a electrical issue with temperature in more than one room reported by staff. You can have amazing staff; but they alone as a whole can not keep the hotel afloat with a poorly maintained atmosphere and setup. The owner needs to invest into this property.

Front desk kicked me out of the 24/7 business center while I was working and doing meetings. After I complained starting it says 24/7 without any other notice stating it would be closed, the Internet “magically” stopped working. I waited and then left the building and went into the car and then the internet started to work again when I left the building. The pool was also closed during all 4 days I was here.

We couldn't sleep at night because the fan on the heating unit would not turn off so it blew either cold air or hot air all night. We tried to contact the front desk but the phone didn't work. I left a letter for the manager requesting a partial refund but to date have not received a response.
