Checkin was easy and receptionist was pleasant. The lobby and room was just as pictured online. The room was very clean and had a clean fresh scent. The bed was comfortable, no signs of bedbugs and tv had basic cable. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water available. My main concern was the noise from guests with dogs (some were unable to control their pets) and the urine smell in the car park at the side and rear of the building. I also had to ask guests not to smoke outside our window as the smell of weed/smoke was coming through the ac vents and affecting my partner and I. The restaurant was also different from what is advertised online. It is no longer an Italian restaurant with pizza etc. But rather a Mexican style restaurant with very limited menu options. This hotel would do well with a better restaurant on property;one that is more diverse and offers breakfast,lunch n dinner. Based on the location of the hotel, there are no dining options within safe walking distance as a result of the roadway structure. If you have no vehicle, uber eats n doordash will be your best options. Overall, very basic, convenient hotel.

The tv was broken the whole time i was there. The staff noted it but never got fixed. Room was never cleaned. Towels weren't replaced. (I didn't have the do not disturb sign of the door.) So the cleaning and towel replacement should have been done. Also have pictures of the tv. No signal And scrabbled screen. Which i showed the staff. Noted but nothing was done.

The room was disgusting! The floors were dirty, the bathtub was filthy, there was a used contact lens on the floor. Dirty sink and hair on the counters. There was also blood spatters on the wall in the hallway!

The property is descent but did see 1 roach first day I checked in. if you are a gamer or want connect to television to watch movies hdmi ports on television arent active. Plus cannot hook firestick nor any game system to wifi even if you have your own television. Plus there is no breakfast in the morning

As soon as I checked in at 10 pm on 12th September; the receptionist was chatting with another employee for 10 minutes straight. I was standing there to have my room. After 10 mins; she said Hi, (no apology or sorry)i informed her i have a room booked and she handed me the keys after verification. Next day i left the room at 9 am and came back at 11 pm;the room was as it is. It wasn’t cleaned. No replacement towels in the bathroom. The floors in the room were sticky. I had to have my shoes on while I was in the room. I called the help desk to ask for new towels and coffee refill/cups. I was told to just walk to reception and pick up. The employee said “Room services are not available”. On September 13th night; When I was about to enter the room; i saw 2 mens who had the key fobs for a room and they were tapping the card on each door of the different rooms. When they saw me they said is this your room and i said yes; both of the guys said we should have come to this room as there was no one here. This means they were about to enter the room and probably steal the stuff. There was no hot water service in bathrooms. It was very inconvenient.
