The property was updated and clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was helpful especially on a holiday. The shuttle was great. It comes every 30 minutes, but you do need to let the front desk know before that you will need the shuttle. The shuttle driver was very helpful and kind.

The hotel was pretty good as far as comfort and cleanliness but is not in the greatest area for getting off property. So if you are just staying for a layover that is one thing, but if you are spending time, there just isn't much else around.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful every time we needed something, the breakfast was really good and it wasn't noisy which I was worried about from some of the other reviews and because of the how close it was to the airport. It was a little tricky for Uber to get in and out but they did! We were there five nights and I told the staff before I left that I now know why they had such high reviews on here, because they deserved it!

I think Everytime I use Expedia to get a room I end up with low quality rooms. I think I need to bypass using Expedia going forward. Having the middle man comes with a price for sure.
