Terrible!!!

I only stayed here 1 night and I barely slept. The people next door were super loud, banging on walls and just plain disrespectful. I kept on calling the front desk at 1 in the morning and they kept on hanging the phone up. I went down stairs and had to give them a piece of my mind. I payed a lot of money for that room and i needed peace. This is a hotel not a hood motel.

Convenient to train to NYC

We needed a hotel close to the train into NYC; there weren't many options. This hotel was very convenient for that purpose. There is a free shuttle to the hotel, but it is also an easy short walk. The area around the hotel is sketchy but it's Newark so that's a given. The hotel itself is very nice, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food 10/10. Room was so clean and up to date, I wish there was a full size chair in the room, I am a reader and reading in the bed puts me to sleep, I love relaxing in a chair to read. I'm sorry to say the morning cleaning staff were just a bit loud in the am, if you aren't a morning person or had a late night this may be an issue, but I promise this place is worth the stay. I will definitely stay again.

The hotels minivan drove us in the morning to where we had to go. The driver was wonderful. The checkin was fast. Only problem, there was a group of woman staying on my floor and woke us up in the middle of the night being very loud in the hallway.
