This is an old style motel. Fixtures have been upgraded , staff very nice, cold drinks available in the office but you just can’t get rid of the musty smell in the rooms. However, it was better than other options in the area if you want to be close to West Point. Beds were OK. We would book again for the location.

The Owners are absolutely wonderful. The motel is clean and very comfortable. For the proximity to West Point and the value it cannot be beat! A great place to stay with great people who appreciate your comfort and convenience and go the extra mile to make the visit exceptional! I love the West Point Motel!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with updated fixtures and a very comfortable bed. It was especially great that there was a blower, ironing board, and iron in the room. It was nice that breakfast was free, but it consisted of a lot of processed, prepackaged foods, which was very disappointing. The biggest drawback was the WiFi signal, which very weak and kept cutting out until it just stopped working completely. It was impossible to watch any streaming shows or movies on my laptop, as well as get on the Internet.

I was in for an event at West Point and the West Point Motel was a very convenient and comfortable choice of lodging, I would absolutely stay here again.

I wanted to know about early check in. I called and didn't get an answer. I didn't leave a message. They called me back because they missed a call(Like you do when you miss a friends call) Because the room was not used the night before, they let me check in 2 hrs early without a charge.
