I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. Ultra modern and in a central location in downtown Newcastle. Very comfortable room, bed and pillows leading to a great well rested sleep. I will stay there again. It was excellent value for money in comparison to other hotels nearby.

Feel a bit conflicted with my stay at the Little National. It’s a beautiful modern new build but my apartment room was terrible. For some reason I was given a wheelchair accessible room - great that LN offers these rooms but for an able person, the wheelchair accessible room left me feeling like I was staying in a hospital room complete with a wheelchair toilet, support seating in the shower and support rails. Adding to my disappointing room experience, the fridge had a very loud rattle which housekeeping just turned off for me in the end and there were hairs in my bed, in the bathroom sink and shower. The next day, housekeeping also left cleaning cloths in the kitchenette. On the plus side, I did have a wonderful experience in the lounge bar. Great space, fantastic menu and I had a wonderful cocktail (or three) and a couple of delicious share plates delivered with exceptional service. Nearly didn’t want to stay the second night booked as I was so put off with my room and it’s a shame as the hotel has so much potential.

“Great Stay at Little National Hotel” I had an excellent experience staying at the Little National Hotel in Newcastle. The property is in a prime location, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions the city has to offer. The room was incredibly clean, quiet, and equipped with high-tech features, including a Nespresso machine and a large TV screen. The soundproofing was impressive, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the easy, self-service check-in process, which was smooth and hassle-free. Parking was available for an additional $35, which was convenient. Overall, the combination of great amenities and the modern feel of the hotel made for a very comfortable stay.

Incredible modern and new hotel at Honey Suckle. We totally loved our stay. The bed was sooo comfy (you can not walk around it though). Pitch black blockout blinds. sound proof room. The staff are all so professional and nice. They have the best gym I have ever been to in a Hotel. Level 1 had a really cool bar and Level 2 was a buisness center with awesome desks and small private office rooms perfect for us to work in while we were there on a buisness trip. The location was good and walking distance to Honey Suckle and heaps of restaurants and only about 5 mins to the tram line. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Newcastle.

The lobby staffs was extremely friendly and nice. Check in was hassle free. Rooms was nice n clean. Deco was nice as well. Room I booked came with a small kitchenette which include as washing machine. Could tell the room is wheel chair friendly due to the safety poles installed in the toilet. Walking distance to the nearest mall as well. 👍

Nicely done hotel we’d happily return to. Concept is compact rooms but decent shared spaces - lounge and “library” (no books) work area, good sized gym. Nicely designed and very comfortable. Room has everything you need. Lounge and bar were good for an after dinner drink, attentive and friendly service. If you are staying in the area would certainly recommend.

The rooms are compact, indeed small, but just like the photo (which is not always the case) and with a very comfortable bed and great shower room. Nice outlook. All we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were great and the hotel public areas and the first floor bar and nibbles area were excellent.

ABSOLUTE RIPPER! Great vibe, staff were relaxed but so efficient and friendly. Music was a good touch. Rooms were perfectly executed. Bedding was great! We loved our short stay!
