The apartment is tired and has had some painting work done but in a very poor way. Furniture and carpets in the lounge are in a poor condition and needs refreshing, the windows were very hard to open and handles were loose which was a concern when trying to close them up. Lights to the main bed room did not work with only bed side lamps working.

I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights, 2 of which I had no hot water. I spoke to them after the first night and the water was fine the second night but on my return to the property from work on the third night it was not working again. There is nobody to contact as they only have someone in during daytime office hours. I spoke to them about some sort of refund, which I believe is fair and they said they would look into it. I have heard absolutely nothing since. The property itself is not bad at all, it is looking a little tired. Many of the spotlight bulbs had blown and not been replaced also.

No hot water available in our room for three days, bathroom door did not close let alone lock as the door was too large for the surround. Window had black tape around it to keep it shut. Lounge door edging was peeling off exposing the nails to keep it held on, the whole place needs maintenance. Nothing like the photos on Hotels.com Children from room next door were able to run along our balcony and bang on the window first thing in the morning. Staff didn’t really want to know. Was however offered 15% refund but would not recommend this place.

The property was in a great location and the person helping with check in was very helpful. The room however was tired and dated. Stains on the walls throughout but the worst ones were next to the bed. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned

Overall it was a decent stay for the price. Although the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival and the “extra bed” was a very small camp bed which wasn’t really worth the additional cost.

I had read reviews and had low expectations. I only stayed for one night and did laundry so it worked for my needs, but couldn't really recommend it to others. I had a balcony room which did have a pretty nice view, but the place has poor quality workmanship and the bathrooms and linens were not cleaned properly. There are only a couple of onsite parking spaces so if you need parking they may not have enough room. I can't comment on the kitchen because I didn't use it, but noticed that the sink was dripping and couldn't be stopped.

Needs a good spruce up!
The apartment I stayed in has clearly had a lot of traffic over the years and is looking tired. Carpet edges are coming up and nearly every wall is marked . It needed a very good clean from top to bottom and decorated.

Dislikes. In The first apartment (42), the door handle to the living area fell off and we found that the washing machine was broken. We were then moved to apartment 43 which was in a very poor condition for a “luxury apartment “. There were broken tiles in the shower which had been stuck back in place with silicone sealer. A toilet that didn’t flush. The kitchen bench was cracked and chipped. Every room had a self closing fire door.

Not what it says on the tin
The apartment was nothing like the one in the picture. It was fairly large, but furnished very cheaply and in desperate need of a bit of maintenance. On arrival we were greeted by a visit from two fire engines - a shower had apparently caused the alarm to be triggered... should not happen! If you are used to student accommodation or hostels then this place is ok. But even then it really isn't a great location.

Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and view over the river. Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too. However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed. Towels and toiletries provided along with tea, coffee and milk. Only stayed 1 night and got bargain price so can’t complain. Staff on reception friendly and we were able to leave luggage there before we could check in. Would definitely use again at the right price

Half of the bulbs don’t work, the kettle didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work - checked all the isolator switches and still nothing. The seal on the shower is decayed meaning that the floor gets covered with no way of avoiding it. The toilet seat is broke and slips and it was a bit dirty. No plug for the bath, pretty sure the washing machine leaks, the carpets damp and sticky in places. Stains all up the walls. Ground Room was next to car park and was a bit noisy in the morning.
