Thank you for your feedback. As a concern of being up to date for providing best facilities to our guests, constantly small repair works take place at the hotel. It was due to the same reason that the holes were to be filled. The fan extractor works long to ensure that there is complete removal of any foul smell and the hot steam. Hotel Express would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
