Comfortable, quiet and central hotel
Having completed the online registration and had that confirmed, I did not receive the expected email on the arrival day with my log in code to get my room and key etc. Very frustrating, but the great reception staff (especially David) eventually sorted it all for me, although this took quite a time because it seems that when an online registration is done, the booking moves to a different system from that of the actual hotel. That was the only ‘blip’. My executive room was very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It was also totally quiet, despite overlooking a main road. The hotel is very central, with easy access to the train station, a large shopping centre and plenty of restaurants. I would certainly stay at the Maldron again, but wouldn’t use the online registration system!

it was very enjoyable and clean but they was something in the safe that shouldn’t have been in there (in the safe’s battery department) I was very upset and annoyed at this discovery, I didn’t know what to do if I left them in there
