Room was not well equipped, a "luxury" hotel should have a coffe pod machine, a walk in shower and plenty of sockets, which this room did not.

Not my favourite Malmasion Hotel

Staff are very hit and miss, bar staff and restaurant couldn’t be more helpful however, bar manager was the most miserable stuck person I’ve came across in hospitality and reception staff are also hit and miss.

Well situated for Newcastle town centre

Newcastle was great, the hotel was well situated parking was easy, only thing was there was no real Spa only a dry sauna & the gym was disappointing

Great stay spoilt by one other ladie staying at the hotel, on 3 occasions on leaving and entering the hotel the lady would shout abusive comments and strange noises at us, it was reported to staff but when returning later on she done it again white smoking at the main entrance,not sure if drunk or drugs very off putting when you work hard to pays and treat yourself and someone has to spoil it and cause your anxiety to spark as she was constantly around the exi/entrance, ,such a shame as no security about
