Very good stay and excellent room, let down by the non availability of hot water. Barely warm enough for a shower hence the 4 stars not 5.. other than that very good,

Rooms are nice, but large security deposit is held for way too long. Not a good service, ruins the overall stay having them keep your large deposit at ransom for so long.

The Vermont was better than I expected. Tiny but dated in places but the reception area and character made up for it. Staff were amazing. Cheapest mini bar have seen for a while. 5 minute walk to the station

Anniversary get away
Amazing stay at the Vermont from the second you walk in the service is amazing. The room was lovely and a nice treat left in our room for our wedding anniversary. Close the all the amenities will 100% be back.
