The staff here are amazing and very attentive in particular Bradley from reception, Drew, Megan and Joseph from the bar also The guys on reception at the aparthotel as I was moved there due to Expedia mixing up the booking. The hotel however looked after me so it did not impinge on my stay which was great!

Every thing was great, the only thing that is annoying is the £50 security deposit, which basically means you are lending them some of your money for a few weeks

Very welcoming, from the moment we got to the car park. Valet parking too. Had to walk a small distance to the aparthotel but it was short & on arrival we got a warm welcome from the guy on reception. Very helpful team. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious clean & comfortable

Nice hotel, extremely unprofessional staff members

Extremely disappointed with the level of service at Reception. We arrived to check in at 11:15pm I asked regarding car parking availability to be met with a very firm “we are full” and also when I asked for alternatives I was told “no idea”. I managed to park and the returned to check in to be met again with the same individual rudely throwing down a document for me to sign then turning to a colleague to remind them of what they hadn’t done. Furthermore this same individual then openly swore across the reception when his failed attempt to open a bottle can clearly ruined his day. On completion of check I asked for the name of the employee to be told “Matty”. I have been a regular customer to this hotel and unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere in future.

good hotel good stay

on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are really friendly and food was good.we managed to park outside which was also good.
