Light and bright, fully furnished 1br/1.5ba upstairs unit in small building on the peninsula! It is the only upstairs unit so there are no shared walls! It is situated one house from the sand so you can walk to the beach in less than 50 steps! Walk to the ocean, bay, restaurants, markets, and bus. Less than a mile to Newport Pier and half an hour to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. About an hour to downtown Los Angeles and an hour-and-a-half to San Diego. Lots of amenities and free WiFi! ONE PARKING SPACE IN THE PRIVATE SHARED GARAGE WILL BE PROVIDED TO GUESTS!

This is a remodeled upstairs unit that features a large private deck with bay views - the perfect place to relax and read a book or grill up something delicious (or watch the famous Newport Beach Boat Parade at Christmas OR a panoramic view of fireworks from Disneyland to the Dunes at 4th of July)! It also has newer carpet throughout with tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen. It boasts granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances (range, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser), and a washer and dryer on the premises. Property features updated windows as well!

Linens and bathroom towels are included. Weekly and nightly all-inclusive rate with no extra taxes or fees beyond what is listed! Great value in a great location!

Unit sleeps a maximum of 5. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and two fold out sofa beds in the living room: one queen size and one twin size. Kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, cups, plates, coffee maker, blender, and a toaster. Huge dining room with table and chairs. There is a BBQ, table, and chairs on the deck. Cable TV and WiFi are included. Street parking is also available. Beach equipment (chairs, surfboards, bikes, etc.) rentals are available at 15th Street Surf Shop less than a block away.

Come to the beach and relax! Our home is the perfect place to get away!

Home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach. We loved the location. It was quiet with a beautiful bay view and mini ocean view, the spacious patio and furniture, the full kitchen, the large screen TV and fun fireplace. The king size bed is perfect. We appreciated you being available whenever we had a question. We look forward to returning to your family treasure by the sea.

Vacation Paradise
The location is perfect. We walked every where from pier tp pier to Lido. Steps away from the beach and across the street from the lighthouse restaurant and marina park. Very comfortable bed. Nice cross breeze from front to back. Large deck. All the amenities you could ask for. If you want to cook. Or grill. But many restaurants options are close. Garage parking was a blessing. Communication was excellent and we look forward to working with Matt again. And many future stays. The Turners

Great place to enjoy Newport Beach
Our family of five, including three kids aged 7 to 12, absolutely loved the apartment. Its prime location, just steps away from the beach and the Marina park playground, was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with small appliances, making it feel like home. We especially enjoyed spending time on the large balcony, taking in the beautiful view. Best Vacation in Two Years
Matt was very nice and always available to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a good time. We never took our car out of the garage. Everything is within walking distance and we had the time of our lives. The bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed Matt's family home very much. Very Clean and we Loved looking at the Marina in the mornings and evenings. The beach is literally 50 steps away. Beautiful property and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Wow!! Just wow!!
This place did not disappoint! Matt is an attentive and detail oriented host. The apartment was absolutely wonderful. We will be back. Matt made some great recommendations for our vacation at Newport. We stayed for five nights with three of our children for our 24th anniversary. The location was awesome. Close to everything. Just steps to the beach. We loved our stay, and the communication with the host couldn’t be beat. Everything you need is there. It was so nice to have a garage parking spot. We loved that part. It’s great to be able to have space for your vehicle and beach toys. The hide a beds were awesome and comfortable, our kids had no complaints. It was fun to sit out on the deck, and enjoy a drink at night. We also enjoyed a lot of takeout out there. Perfect location!! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for everything, Matt.

This is our 2nd year staying at Matt's place and we have already picked our week for next year. Matt is an EXCELLENT host and we had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing trip. Amazing location, beautiful property
My boyfriend and I were here for my birthday trip. There was plenty of food options for all three meals. everything we wanted/needed was all walking distance. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, very family friendly wasn’t super busy, and the water was very refreshing. No issues whatsoever.
