- Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is ideal for more subdued groups. Loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Strict noise, occupancy, and party policies are enforced, with violations leading to forfeiture of deposits and/or eviction.
-This property accepts up to 2 dogs under 35 lbs. or one large dog up to 75 lbs. Each pet has a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pooch become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. Kindly report all potty accidents to the property manager (we understand it happens sometimes) but we do extensive cleanings after you depart so it helps us to prevent stains by swiftly treating them. Additional charges may be applied to cover excessive costs of repairs or damages caused by any dog.
