I love the extensive boardwalks. I also like the relative privacy of each unit. I have not heard anything from any of my neighbors. I arrived after dark, but I can see the beach nearby, even in the dark. My wife and I stayed here 41 years ago and forgot how nice a place it is.

What a lovely surprise! Our first time to Newport and our first stay at this resort. We will come again! Our condo was dog friendly, and there was no fee. Our pooch happens to live the beach, and there was easy a access if you don't mind getting your feet wet! There was a hose with sprayer ready to clean out feet. The condo itself was delightful with everything we needed, ave an amazing view.

Our stay was nice. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was not at all what is pictured. The oven door was broken and it was missing the inner rack. Because of the same of the kitchen, you could not open the kitchen drawers to get to silverware and utensils until you moved the fridge back. Overall a nice place... if you don't plan on using anything in the kitchen.

We liked the ample rooms. Even the studio size was comfortable. Fresh roses on the table were an added bonus. We were disappointed by not having access to the beach due to a missing bridge across Little Creek. The only access was south at Agate Beach.

This property was fantastic! Right on the beach (however, no beach access though). You can hear the waves at night. Staff was great! The property is essentially apartments that have been converted to a hotel - so you have amenities similar to a condo (kitchen, plenty of storage, balcony, etc).

Wonderful little stay right on the coast, felt like we were staying in a lighthouse! We had a great view of the coast, and it was great being so close to the beach! The property is really clean, the staff were very friendly, and Newport attractions are just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place right by the ocean. It was rainy the day we where there. But we enjoyed it. Little upgrading with rooms could use. Clean . Newport fun. Nice shops down by the bay.
