My stay wasn’t as I thought it would be the bed very uncomfortable pillows horrible!! My neck hurt back the stomping the yelling the above room I was in 714 just not pleasant at all one of the host right when u first come in was a little attitude I guess bad day I don’t know check in dec 5-8 but the young lady when I check out was very nice she understood took care of me my son was in the military and I was attending a military honorary but in alll my stay wasn’t as it was 2021

I booked a king size bed suite and was given a 2 queen bed for just me and my wife for an event. When called the front desk I was told that this was all that was available, however I went on the app at the moment and king beds were available to book.

This 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️was very beautiful and comfortable with so many amenities and the staff and room service was excellent. We enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast and the happy hour in the evening. My children especially loved the pool and the long hours so that no matter what time they woke up or whenever we came back they could still go to the pool to end the evening and then enjoy watching tv after taking a luxurious shower before bed. There were so many lounge areas in and outside this exquisitely designed hotel made to accommodate any and all occasions. Thank you embassy suites hotel for a spectacular vacation stay and we are already planning our return for a graduation next year 2025! 😊🤩

Be aware you have to pay 10 dollars a day to park! That wasn’t clear with the booking. Polite staff and nice room. The grounds are very well kept. The pool was absolutely freezing. After 9pm there are no kids allowed in the pool, but the older kids were still there making a lot of noise and doing canon balls. I made sure to book a stay at a place with a pool and i was Never able to use it

Extremely disappointed
Place was expensive and we thought we would get a nice room but wasn’t every clean. I don’t know if they over booked but they were a lot of people especially little kids like a day care so getting the elevator was a wait and getting breakfast was also a long wait and they were not many tables parking was 10.00 a day and you were lucky if you found one.
