We really enjoyed the space in the room. The full sized refrigerator and full kitchen was an added bonus! The desktop space was also an unexpected feature! The shower was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly! We will definitely stay here again!

Saving money not worth it

Took advantage of a good deal because of key cash - only one night for a gymnastics meet. Generally room was clean but had a funky smell. Bathroom had caulking issues. The main issue was the shower didn’t work and we had to have a shower. The front desk did try to help by giving us access to another room to shower but it was not close, it was a walk-in handicap shower so water got everywhere, and it had zero water pressure. It was the worst shower ever. Asked for a couple of bottles of water and at first wanted to charge me $2.00 each. I said they should be no charge because of the inconvenience created by the shower situation. She agreed. No plans to stay at this hotel chain again.
