Had to pay for parking $28 and my cousin parked in side lot found used needles on gravel ground. Kids screaming at all hours running up and down the hallways. Would not recommend this to travelers. Terrible!

Great place for a weekend getaway with the kids. Things I didn't like was they had no shower line to hang your wet swimsuits, the soap for showering was no good. Luckily, there is a fresco right beside it.

We would definitely go back to the Americana again, but not on March break. There were waaaaaaaay too many people in the waterpark and it was dirty. I shudder when I think of the pool and all of the random hairs that were stuck to my body coming out of it because of how many people were in it. It was totally under capacity in there

The rooms are great and spacious but they are also echo chambers. You can hear everything in the hall and from the room above. We slept terribly due to the constant banging from above us and yelling from the hall.

Very limited accessible parking near entrances. Visitors not respecting no smoking area. Food was allowed in pool area so there was food on the floor around the pool area(mushy muffins, french fries, empty ketchup packets, even a whole tray was left and empty drink containers). There is a designated food and drink area but staff told me people could eat around the pool. There were ants under one table due to sticky food being there. Staff rushed to clean it up. Ants were on my granddaughter's crocs. The staff tried to explain it away but this is an indoor pool facility. Don't allow food in the pool are and there will be no ants!! I have been to Fallsview waterpark and remember strictly adhered to food areas.

We stayed here for 3 days over March break. Definitely a great time! The waterpark was in full swing with tons of people but the wait times for the slides was pretty short. The water was warm too! Room was nice and clean although the beds are not comfy and fairly hard. 2 double beds makes it a little crowed with 5 people so the 2nd night we asked for a cot and that was better. They had family bingo as a nightly activity which was fun but also disappointing as it was hard to hear the caller (a microphone would do wonders) and if there was more than 1 winner they unfortunately didn’t give the other children a prize as well. I bring this up because my 6 yr old son won and because we were sitting further away and by the time he ran up to the table they said sorry someone else won. Generally in any bingo a prize is split between the winners, so he was pretty sad. We compensated later by giving him a prize ourselves but this is something the hotel should think about, especially being a family resort. Overall we would stay here again.

This is supposed to be a kids hotel and it was so noisy on March break with older people engaging in drug activity and security did nothing I met so many guests that were so upset that the noise from ppl later into the night was terrible and the hotel did nothing and children we woke up in the middle of night including my kids I will never stay at this property again and Expedia shouldn’t support this property. I will be going to another water park with my kids next year. Very sad. Coffee maker didn’t work and I have never stayed at a hotel where coffee in the lobby was at a cost The room was dirty and the fans in the room were so loud for AC we couldn’t keep it on They had limited staff and it took an hour to check in which limited our time at the waterpark and the restaurant attached to the hotel had limited staff and took forever with children to get our food and the order was wrong Very disappointed and feel bad for other families too

The property itself is clean, tidy and well kept… Pricing, service and availability of healthy food choices in the pool area is frustrating as it is overpriced, slow and zero options for anybody who doesn’t want burgers, pizza or chicken fingers

Queen suite with bunk beds

Clean spacious room. Waterpark was clean and well supervised with good staff. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I would have is the people above us running back and forth continuously.
