Great place, easy to access from highway, parking makes it very convenient, easy to walk to most of the stuff you want to see in Niagara falls, clean, good breakfast and very happy with the free access to coffee.

I have stayed here almost everytime I stay in Niagara as it is convenient. In our room there was a washcloth behind the dresser you could clearly see. A receipt someone left on the floor. And one of those “googly eyes” that you find on a stuffed animal. Clearly the room was not thoroughly cleaned properly . Mattress on the pullout couch was stained in multiple places. Just isn’t the same there anymore

Nice stay
Hotel is at a stone throwing distance from clifton hill. we never had to take the bus and always walked up to the falls. Infact, behind the falls is also not far. Lots of eating joints nearby. Although, hotel needs good renovation but there was no compromise on the other stuff. Staff was polite. I think the price is a bit high based on everything. For us, it was a nice stay I must stay cuz we spent our days mostly outside. We paid almost CAD 350 for 3 nights. Overall 4 stars for the stay. If we visit again, we will definitely consider staying here. Cheers!
