We walked to Clifton Hill and the boat to Niagra Falls in about 10 minutes. Great location and free parking, which is unusual in this area. The decor is a little dated in the rooms and the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but it didn't affect my sleep.

I arrived and was greeted by the kindness young lady, check in was a breeze but my room keys didn’t work. I went back to the desk and requested new keys and a room facing the breakfast area, the gentleman helping was just as kind as the first young lady. We stayed on the 5th floor; the room is dated and even if the space is clean it feels gross because of the carpeting and bad lighting. The bed was absolutely horrible! The mattress was most likely older than me!!! The free breakfast is toaster goods with pork sausage and an egg circle, along with cold cereals and horrible coffee, daily. But the shining stars for this establishment are the wonderful staff and the proximity to various activities.

Room was dirty, food on the floor, a fake fingernail from previous guest on the floor, finger prints on lamps, hand prints on window, and bathtub was dirty. Wifi did not work in our room and when we went to the front desk to get assistance they would not do anything to help figure it out. Front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Hotel was in an okay location, walkable to tourist area.

This is an older building that appears to not have been renovated in decades. Even the further in the rooms looks quite old. But it was otherwise clean. The free breakfast was adequate, my kids were happy with the options. Overall a decent budget hotel for a short stay
