Overall it was a good experience. Just looking a little bit run down but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Bedding didn’t seem too clean we found other peoples hairs on the bed and linens the supposed ‘clean sheet and blanket’ smelled like a dirty indian person which was kinda unpleasant, the bath tub was poorly cleaned along with pubic hairs under neath the toilet seat

Pretty impressed with my stay at the Comfort Inn. The cleanliness of my suite was top notch so that was great. My unit was very comfortable and was able to relax lots. I really didn’t like that the breakfast room was near the pool, it was also very small and staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. Like most hotels in Niagara the Comfort Inn needs major structural updating. One shotty elevator is not ideal for a hotel with 100 units! Heating and cooling units are very loud

Great price for location

Perfect walking distance to the casino and concert. Close to see the falls from the upper hill. The check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They took great care to keep the sidewalks and parking lot salted as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel and I'll definitely stay there again.

The hot tub was very dirty and dead skin and soap and stuff floating around all in it. The jets dont work very well but the temperature was great.
