Hotel room was not very clean. There was broken handles on 2 drawers. AC was so noisy couldn't use it at night. The mattress on bed had a deep dip in the middle which made my sleep not comfortable. The room itself needs some repair. Broken glass by the jacuzzi tub and sealing above tub had substantial water stains. Breakfast was just the bare minimum. Will not stay there again.

Paid parking was very limited and confusing. Some staff was not welcoming. No smart tv. Toilet barely flushed. Kleenex box only had two Kleenex sheets. The room’s secondary lock was weak and only had one screw supporting it. Carpet smelled like a wet dog or clothes that didn’t dry properly.
