The breakfast was of very low quality. Although they advertised an infant crib, we were provided with a low-quality pack-and-play without a proper mattress. The pool was uncomfortably cold and poorly maintained; people entered wearing outdoor clothes, which was truly unhygienic and unpleasant. There was only one slow elevator, and the wait times were excessively long—sometimes up to 10 minutes.

I'm someone who wants a ground floor room and they originally had me on the top floor. I asked if at all possible to be on the ground floor as this was an 8 day trip for me and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I even got an upgraded room.

My wife and I often stay here when we visit her children who live in town. She is originally from the Falls. The hotel is clean, the beds comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is very good.

We stay at this hotel frequently when we visit Niagara Falls. Upon check in I was recognized by the front desk person and welcomed back, that is a lovely feeling. While I will admit that it is a basic hotel, it is perfect for the price. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but there are many places you can go nearby if you are looking for more. Plus, I don't think you will get a better complimentary breakfast anywhere else. This visit it was decorated so beautifully for the Holiday Season. I love that it is a perfect location to walk anywhere in NF, parking is reasonable and convenient.

The Hotel collected parking fees of $14 from me, which is not correct. When I asked for clarification from the staff, they say, our terms say “parking available and it does not mean it is free”. I feel it is a deceptive trade practice. The terms should be said in clear terms such as “parking is available at extra charges”.
