Please beware. The door lock didn’t seem very sturdy and the top lock had been completely removed. The hall was very very dark and it was quite frightening to return to your room at night. Would never ever stay again. Safety is a real concern for this one.

The staff made my experience perfect. Warm, inviting, happy to help me with checking in for the first time. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. My friends and I would happily stay there again. They even had free coffee in the mornings, every person at the front desk was so kind and courteous.

The good - The bed although hard was good to sleep in. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning. Wifi and tv were good. The bad - The staff doesn't seem to clean room while you stay there. Sheets, towels, garbage bins, toilet paper and soap were not changed. I had to call front desk late in the day for these things. The heater in the room does not work it just blows cool air and the floors were freezing. I kept finding long strands of black throughout the room and bathroom. The shower rod is not bolted to the tile walls because it is just a retractable rod wedged in between the walls . As I was about to use the shower, I put a towel on the rod and it fell down. The people at the front desk didn't seem too friendly. Very kurt in their attitudes and not welcoming.

The rate is good. Ad says on-suite coffee maker but there's none. No drinking water in suite. Toilet didn't flush, I tried more than 10 times still lots of facets left in the bowl. Couldn't get a receipt from the front office, they asked me to get from Expedia, never heard of.
