This hotel has an amazing view of Niagara Falls. Which was fun. But the rooms did not look anything like the room we booked. We had a suite and the view of the falls were from The bedroom. So our kids had to hang out in our bedroom to see the falls. The parking was expensive and difficult. I would not stay here again.

This was our second stay at this location and we intend to stay here again on our next Falls visit! Yes, the hotel is very busy but staff are on hand and active in organizing the chaos from valet to the elevators to the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and we love the suite style for the extra space. We had a problem with the tub and the phone in the room on our first night and within 10 minutes help arrived and the problems solved!

Our stay was wonderful except, the cleanliness of the room. The carpet needs cleaning ( proof is my socks were dirty after walking on it, and requesting for slippers will cost me Cad$4.00. don't you have a disposable slippers? ) and when I was about to make my tea, there were still tea bags left in the pot? The housekeeping must have forgotten to clean it. Also please provide extra trash can in the bathroom. We did have a wonderful time in spite of these things
