Beautiful, clean, conveniently located boutique hotel with a walkable distance to the lake and the business district. A morning breakfast with quiche, pastries and coffee. Cheese and local wine served every day from 4 to 5. The front desk staff offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. They also made dinner reservations and coordinated transportation. Complimentary drop off and pick up from 5 until 10. Virtual concierge facilitates pick up from restaurants and also offered suggestions of things to do nearby. Best of the best experience.

Awesome location and boutique size. Fourth time staying here. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Friday 4pm meet and greet was unfortunately jammed in the entrance foyer due to a staff gathering in the usual room used. This was less than ideal planning. Had to request the room be reset upon returning after being out all day.

It was cozy. Would have appreciated more food options in room and dining. Also, I know this is a preference but we really need to provide better toilet paper. For the price you pay per night, it needs luxury.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful location. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast options great and our room with a fireplace overlooking the lake was amazing. They have a shuttle service in the evenings around the town until 10:00PM that we used to go out to eat. There’s a little patio off the lobby which we used to enjoy our coffee during the warm weekend. Definitely would return on our next visit to this charming place!

Great Location but the small things matter
Great location you can walk everywhere but a few small things contribute to the lower rating. Our room had a peekaboo view of the lake but the window (on the outside) was covered with bugs/dirt/cobwebs. We moved the plant by the window to open the blinds all the way and the floor was dirty so that’s why cleanliness got a 3. We filled the jet tub in our bathroom and then tried to start the jets - we smelt a motor burning smell so called for help, they were apologetic and offered maintenance within the hour but it was later in the evening and tub was full so we said no thanks, they never contacted us again for maintenance to come while we were out through the next day so it was not repaired. They offer a shuttle service to go in to town for supper, my husband has a bad back so I walked ahead to the restaurant and he was going to go on the shuttle but another couple was in the shuttle and even though there was an empty seat the driver wouldn’t take my husband until after she dropped the other couple off and then would come back for him - time wise it was quicker for him and his back to just walk the 8 minutes into town instead of waiting for her to come back and get him - (the two restaurants were only two blocks apart). They have a wine tasting in the lobby with a three tastes each limit - which is fine - but when she announced she was closing if anyone wanted anything I asked for another white and she angrily and loudly said “this is a wine TASTING”. I was so embarrassed
