Everything was good no complaints on anything except there was only a few issues I had the WIFI was pretty slow it'll definitely need some improvement on that. Toilet was old and sometimes it could not flush I had to use a plugger at times to try to help dissolve the water to sink. Overall the experience was amazing the staff were accommodating and the people staying it were great!

Upon my arrival at the hotel around 1:00 pm, the receptionist kindly checked me in, processed my credit card, and provided me with two room keys. He informed me that I would need to wait until 3:00 pm to avoid any extra charges, which I respected and followed. However, two days later, he approached me during breakfast and told me there had been a misunderstanding, stating that I hadn’t checked in properly and that I would be charged an additional fee for an early check-in. This was surprising, and when I politely inquired about the reasoning, his response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive, making me feel quite uncomfortable. Throughout my stay, I felt that he treated me with unwarranted hostility and seemed to carry a negative bias, which was disheartening. Additionally, I noticed that the sheets in my room were not as clean as I would have expected, but given the interactions, I didn’t feel comfortable bringing it up with him. I eventually discussed the situation with management, who resolved the issue, but the overall experience left me saddened. I had hoped for a more welcoming and positive stay.

It could have been a little quieter. To much banging of door . And dragging things around. Very early in the morning while people are trying to sleep . Who is already suffering from insomnia. And bodily pain at nights . The bed was very comfortable. And warm atless that was a good comfort. The elderly Indian lady is very hospital. The night worker was very pleasant. Plentiful towels for a nice shower . Inspiret of the early morning noises the stay was good best stay ever. 10.10 points 👉. Hats off 👏 👌 job well done . Very clean 🏨 nice 🛌. Warm .
