We had mold growing in bathroom walls. Ceiling patched, noisy ac heater unit. Room keys stopped working, went up to room and back down each time new keys issued- because new ones did not work either, finally after 3rd time the security used master key to let us in so we could sleep. Had to get new keys in morning just so we could get back in room.

They charged me extra $88 for parking that wasn't mentioned when I booked the room. Also they didn't change the sheets and towels for three days. In the room there's no microwave or fridge

We stayed for one night. The key card had problems opening doors. 3 times we went to front desk to fix the problem. Hotel was further from Clifton hill then advertised. Pool was not that clean. Room was not clean. Floors and tub were the most dirty. They took room and deposit price day of before check in and then we still had to pay the room price again and they didn’t release the original payment yet. Will not be staying there again.
