Shower handle was broken Sink smelled of sewage Most of the electric plugs in the room were inoperable Fridge was dirty NO BAR - why wasn't Torrents open for this big convention? Sidewalk area around the parking lot littered with butts Would have been great if the arcade was open at night On the plus side - Ashley was very friendly and helpful when we checked in Beds were made every day, and towels were plentiful
