I brought my 3 children for a mid-winter break Staycation. Originally we were just reserved for 1 night. We added another night to our stay! We had such an awesome time. We left earlier today and are already discussing when we can come back again! The pool area was so fun! We also enjoyed the arcade, Starbucks, and lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. Was delicious! Lily said to tell everyone to order the Rasta Pasta there! The rooms were clean, spacious, comfy beds, and great ameneties. There is also a tunnel that leads to the Seneca Niagara Casino resort which allows for even more shopping and restaraunt options. Very convenient and family friendly experience. We were sad we had to leave. If its out of 10, we rate 11! Exceeded all expectations! We cant wait to go back!

This was a fun stay not far from my house, and for a 5-year-old, it was the Ritz. I enjoyed myself as well; however, there were a few areas of improvement. The parking lot was not plowed well, and there was no designated sidewalk or walking area from the parking lot to the hotel. The slippery snow, slush, and ice made carrying luggage and corraling a 5-year-old a real challenge, not for the faint of heart, especially with the cost of parking. Another challenge was breakfast options. At some points, Starbucks was the only option, and it was not the most filling, delicious, or nutritious option. All other restaurants were closed on certain days, such as Mondays, and at particular times. The Pool was nice, and my daughter loved it; however, the water could use a little more shock, as it was a bit hazy. The biggest issue was a large hole—yes, a hole—in the middle of my mattress. I did not complain or report it because I assumed it was known. With all the issues I listed above, I would return. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I saw the housekeeping staff deep cleaning the rooms.

Great Place to Stay in Niagara

I always enjoy staying here. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The entryway is welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ill always stay here when I'm in the area. Also, the proximity to the falls is a real plus!

Poor communications from staff, pre arrival. They switched up my reservation, with near toal indifference. The room had broken equipment. And the entire facility was over run with unsupervised children playing in the halls right up to midnight both days. Security staff were less than enguaged in corrective actions. Will NOT stay at this loaction again. In you want to stay in a kindergarten play ground, this will be for you.
