Nice location.
The AC needs improvement as it can’t cool the entire room. Bathroom is clean and well supplied with toiletries. The remotes were dusty and side table. Checkin was a bit of a delay since I cannot do online checkin because I purchased through a 3rd party yet I am receiving emails with a link to do online checkin. It was inconvenient because there was a long line during checkin. I think the hotel needs to update their flooring and maybe it’s time to remove the carpets.

I didn't expect the facility of the room and the cleaning of the carpet very bad. Although we was booked for 3 adults and 2 children we only get one double bed with banke bed. Also the room smile as the carpet not clean. I'm not recommended the hotel to other people.

Based on the price, this property was the worst hotel ever. Nearly $600 for one night, and it had filthy bedding sheets and pillows. We got bedbugs from the bedding, the carpet was dirty, and there was an unsafe step from the bathroom to the room.

Loved that this hotel was very close to Niagara falls and in the heart off all the action.. shopping, dining, fun activities just walking distance. I was not impress with the hotel inself or the Waterpark.

Was amazing to have a water park commected to the hotel! Great for the kids in the morning before we went to clifton hill which was a quck 5 min walk.
