The staff are very kind and accommodating. They are very considerate. The view from our room was great. We can see the falls from the window and we saw a beautiful sunrise from our window too.

Birthday trip
This was a very nice hotel on Victoria Ave in Niagara Falls, Canada. It was a great location for walking to the falls, for dining, and site seeing. The rooms and common areas were well kept. I had an account issue I discovered after I got home and when I called the next day it was handled very efficiently and satisfactorily. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

This was the first time staying at the Vittoria Hotel and I do not have any complaints. The location was perfect for family activities. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. Thry also have a great breakfast buffet, that was affordable and convenient for us. I would definitely stay here again.
