The property is beautiful, the staff are all friendly and personable, the food is delicious and the services are heavenly. Top that all off with state of the art fitness facility to burn off those delicious calories. The beds are also perfect!

Bathroom needs to be uodated
The customer service is top notch and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was very old and outdated. The faucet was loose and did not work properly. I was disappointed with that since I had stayed in this hotel previously and the washroom in that room was renovated and very nice. I’m not sure why some of the rooms have been updated while others are not.

FItness centre was amazing. Wonderful vegan options in the restaurants. Didn't like all the add on charges - $15.95 per person to use gym/pool/park & then another $15 on the bill at the end. Want to know my total from the start. However, the place was great and we plan to return.
