The apartment is perfectly located in the so called 'Carré d'Or': just 20 seconds walking from Promenade des Anglais and beaches, 10 minutes walking to the town and 10 minutes to the bus (bus stop just few steps away). Supermarkets, shops and restaurants right overthere.
The apartment has a large living room with a double bed and a single sofa bed. of them very comfortable!). Possible to accommodate up to 5 people. Two bathrooms (a bigger one with a shower and the other one with a toilet and sink). Separate fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs. A very nice balcony with a view of the property. A lovely apartment in a great location next to the beach.The apartment had everything that you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.The rooms were spacious, and the balcony space was a bonus.A very smooth check-in process and great communication throughout.

Spacious Apartment/Good Location in Nice

We stayed in this spacious and clean apartment that had a balcony on each side. Also had a partial view of the sea which was nice. Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store and restaurants. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Nice. Clothes washing machine was a bonus. Very secure building-code required to access both stairs and elevator to apartment once inside. Host & co-host were great communicators and very responsive -even recommended great places for dining. Would stay here again!

Wonderful location

The apartment was conveniently located near the Promenade and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Due to the two balconies, there was plenty of natural light filling the apartment. We stayed at this apartment for over a month, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Our home away from home. The property is really as described. Charming Italian themed with lots of space. So many living spaces and areas to enjoy. Excellent kitchen and useful to have 1.5 bathrooms. Great location with easy access to everything. There are several parking lots nearby if you have a car. Excellent communication with host.

Location! Location

A wonderful, clean, spacious ,quiet, older apartment on the 5th floor with 2 large terraces, very well equipped and a friendly, helpful co-host. The location is perfect for walking to every area of Nice, the trams, the railway station, local restaurants, coffee shops and food stores and along the Promenade de Anglais. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

An excellent property, fully equipped with everything you need (full kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, hair dryer, etc), very clean and spacious. Terraces on either side of the property provided all day sun. Minutes from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and across the street from the sea. Co-host Edith was proactive in reaching out to meet us for check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Central Location Stay in Nice!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nice, very central and close to the beach and walkable to train station/old town. The apartment is also quite spacious. Property managers were great to work with and easily available. The issue we had was with the heat inside of the apartment as there was only a small fan, and it got very hot during the day and night even with windows open (or closed). The listing mentions parking which isn’t included but there is a parking garage nearby. Overall very nice stay!

Maria's apartment is exactly as advertised and then some. We stayed for several weeks over the winter and we were pleased in every respect. The apartment is spacious, very nicely designed, and airy. The views from both terraces are a big plus. The living room enjoys a marvelous view of the western hills looking past the Musée Masséna (thru the large glass doors that access the terrace). So, even when we had the doors were closed, we never felt closed in. The kitchen is also spacious and it functions well for everyday fare and also for fancier, more elaborate meals. The apartment is secure and very well located. Access to the Promenade is ideal for seaside strolls and exercise. It's a beautiful short walk to Old Town. But there are many good restaurants and markets in the immediate neighborhood, too. Check in and check out were prompt and easy. Maria, and her local representative, were very helpful during our stay.

Superb villa

Everything was perfect! Location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the pebble beach. Supermarket 2 minutes up the road. Huge variety of restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Short walk to tram and the beautiful old town. The villa is large and has everything you require. A large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom plus additional toilet. The 2 balconies with seating a bonus. Owner answered queries quickly and checking in process was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly. Recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!

The location of this lovely apartment is what makes it so special! Within a two minute walk of the main promenade/beach and 5-10 minutes to a wide variety of bars/restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies, perfect for winding down after a long day in the sun! It's well kept and super clean. Contact with the owner, should it be required, was very easy. Highly recommended!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location in Nice. Just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais, you could sit on the balcony off the kitchen and enjoy seeing what was going on below. The unit is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

We have just had a very pleasant 18 day stay in Maria Pia's apartment. She made our booking so easy, and communication from her was very prompt. It was a pleasure dealing with her from start to finish. She is a very helpful and honest hostess. The apartment is very spacious, airy and comfortable and has beautiful views from both balconies . We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and on the evenings that we didn't eat in a restaurant we relaxed on the balcony and played scrabble taking in the sights and sounds of Nice....we would highly recommend this apartment. Fabulous apartment in a perfect location

The apartment was almost better than the photos. There is a balcony facing west And a terrace facing east which unfortunately wasn’t accessible because the building was being painted. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, particularly as a solo traveller. It would also work well for a couple and is very spacious so could accommodate more. I really enjoyed my stay and everything you want is close by. It’s a great location.
