Fantastic apartments. Well appointed with friendly helpful staff. The location was excellent. Right in the heart of Nice. Pretty noisy at night, even if you’re on the top floor but I guess that’s the price you pay for being right in the centre of the action.

The property is located in old Nice! Minutes walking distance to most of the attractions. There are tons of restaurants and boutique shops in the area. The hotel room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Beds are comfortable. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had four nights wonderful stay here for family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town, 2 mins walk to the beach and the tram that goes to the Nice train station. It on a side street and very quite. We have a two-level unit and the room is spacious. Bathroom is large. The room is well desingned and functional, internet was great. Highly recommended.

if you use ubber and bolt from airport , they will not dropped you at the hotel, you need taxi, because It's in Pedestrian area, maybe in high session it will be noisy. I was there in the low session, and it's a little bit, no to much noisy, but the location is great

Nice hotel, good location. We went when it wasn’t peak season but it was still noisy at night from the square outside and surrounding bars/nightlife (we were on the top floor in the apartment style room). Good size room with modern bathrooms.

Really nice place and a great location. The staff is very friendly and provides wonderful service. It can get noisy at night with partygoers. It’s not so bad though and still worth the stay.

The concierge team was fantastic—very helpful with booking restaurant reservations and always available when needed. However, housekeeping was lacking. The sheets were never changed during our stay, and the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned at all. There was also a slight odor in the bathroom. The suite itself could use some maintenance and care. While the location of the property was excellent, the property manager was not as friendly. She blamed us for breaking the washing machine when it simply wouldn’t open. Luckily, the concierge mentioned that this issue happens often and quickly arranged for a handyman to come on the weekend so we could retrieve our clothes before checkout.
