I booked this property because of its 4 star rating and unfortunately I was very disappointed. The rooms are very dated, the air conditioning barely functions and we did detect a moldy smell. Location near the beach and other areas was good, but I will not be staying at this property ever again. I was offered 100 euros as a discount from my final bill which was appreciated, but I would rate this property a 2-3 star at most.

I got to the hotel and tried to checkin at the reception the lady at the desk was not helpful at all, she asked for a cash deposit even after asking her to use my card number details I had to pre authorise the transaction she refused, said I couldn’t check in. I only had contactless and the card details I had used at a previous hotel to pre authorise as a deposit. They said I should try an atm outside and I had to go beg someone at an atm that they take out cash and I do an instant transfer for them, it was hard finding someone who spoke English for starters, nearly 45mins later I had €50 cash for my deposit. I eventually got to the room and unfortunately it had a horrible smell from the shower, like a sewage leak, went to complain they said I can’t change rooms they will send someone, they did eventually send someone who cleaned and sprayed the shower. The rest of the stay was ok, the balcony had no view, pool was small but at least had one, not convinced the hotel was value for money, breakfast I had once was good. The area is safe close to walk to the beach. Overall experience average. I doubt I would stay here again.

The hotel is a great location, the top floor pool area and bar is attractive with multiple pleasant seating area, though the area around the pool itself is small with a limited number of sun loungers. Internally, our floor (2nd) and our room were ‘tired’, had chipped paint and stained carpets so much in need of renovation. This was disappointing and did not give a very good first impression, especially considering how much we had paid. Food and drinks at the hotel are expensive.

The hotel is very old, dirty and poorly maintained. It does not meet the 4 star requirements. The rooms had very bad smell, carpets were dirty, there was water leak and mold sign in the rooms.

One bad and three ok nights
When you are allocated a rather dreary suite (702) that stinks of sewage, the whole holiday starts badly. The terrace was a balcony with peeling paint and 2 plastic chairs in a corner. The ordered double bed was two single beds...but worst of all was the smell. We were changed to a better suite (108) the next day. 0 star for the first night and 3 for the rest. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. The area was perfect so close to restaurants and the beach. We loved the rooftop pool and restaurant area. We could not ask for better accommodations and perfect location.

Excellent Hotel, Good Location
Lovely hotel in a convenient location. The staff is always ready to help you enjoy your stay. The rooftop bar also has excellent that enhances the gorgeous view and atmosphere (the prices could be a bit lower). All in all, a great place to stay.
