All bedrooms and rooms in the house and studio are air-conditioned. The property offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the sea. Close to all amenities and only 20 minutes' walk/5 minutes' drive from Tourrettes-sur-Loup.

The magnificent living room opens onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. A large bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet is on the ground floor.
