Once we were able to figure out how to get to the parking it was great for us. You drive into the garage and then they have an elevator system to store 29 vehicles. So if you bring a car to this hotel hopefully you’ll be one of those. The train station is right next door. Tons if restaurants and shopping and sightseeing.

I did not like as the hotel in 4th floor, and the parking was too far , l took the luggage to go to the 4th floor, very difficult and inconvenient. Overall the hotel is good , service and breakfast was good

Hotel is conveniently located just outside Niigata train station. Buffet breakfast is included in the hotel price. Single room is small but enough for a single traveler. I would stay here again.

Googleなどの口コミにネガティブなコメントが見られますが、朝食も普通においしかったし特に不満に感じる点はなかったです。部屋に持ち帰っての朝食も可能なのもよいサービスだと思います。 ホテルの問題ではないですが、駅を1Fまで降りてしまうとたどり着くのに苦労するので駅の各改札からの詳しいルートガイドがあるとよいと思います。 あと、これはこちらに限らず東横INNの各ホテルに見られる建屋の構造なんですが、壁一枚隔ててエレベーターという部屋が2部屋あり、そこを割り当てられた際にエレベーターが上下したり到着の音声が気にならないだろうか、という漠然とした不安はあります。
