French Countryside

Lots of space for the family to explore and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is a wonderful. The gardens are gorgeous! The VRBO app was unreliable but Victoria was accessible by phone. Her Gardner was very helpful and it was nice to have someone on site. The town is quaint with excellent restaurants. Great place for families with children.

Not so privat property

We stayed a week in the House. We chose the House, because it was private, with a Big private garden, indoor pool, spa and sauna. The privacy was important to us, as our oldest child is autistic and is anxious around strangers. Well, it turned out, that an elderly man lived in one of the sheds in the garden with his large dog. He was drinking a lot of alcohol, and at one point he disapeared and left the dog locked up in the shed. Turned out he was hospitalized with alcoholpoisoning while the dog whimpered and didn’t have water or food. So, the alcoholic in the garden was the first issue. Other than that, half of the Doors wouldn’t lock, which felt unsafe. The pool was not very clean and the step was broken. The spa and the sauna was not working. The oven and the stove was working poorly. There where ants in the livingroom and cockroaches in the kitchen. It smelt of sewer in the bathroom and it was dirty in the corners, under the bed and in the sofa. When we contacted the owner about it, we got no reply… The surroundings was Nice - nice forrest with a lot of birds, but the rest was not as expected. Overall it was dirty, not private, old and not as described. Only reason we stayed the whole week was, that we couldn’t find anything else available that could meet our sons need.

Bel environnement

Un bel environnement pour ceux qui aiment la nature. Belle propriété qui permet de prendre ses aises et qui est parfaitement adéquat pour les enfants ( espace et parc). Le matériel de cuisine est toutefois réduit à sa plus simple expression.

Au calme...

La maison en extérieur est magnifique, cachée dans un écrin de verdure à deux pas de la forêt. Très belle piscine et grand espace de vie. Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage avec deux salles de bain privative .la 3eme doit se contenter des toilettes du rdc..il manque un entretien général.porte de douche hs, meubles de vasque vétuste,forte odeur de chien...je confirme que la cuisine pourtant très grande n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation . Aucun plat à salade, vaisselle dépareillée, seulement 5 verres à vin, pas de poêle ...et que dire des deux personnes qui dorment sur place, le jardinier dans un chalet en bois face à la terrasse et un femme ? Dans un abri de jardin de 5m2 , sans sanitaire... difficile de se promener dans le parc sans être choqué. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable moment.

Séjour familial

La propriété est confortable avec un grand jardin et les équipements appréciables comme la piscine et le sauna. Idéalement situé pour effectuer des balades en forêt. Nous regrettons la modestie des équipements en cuisine ainsi que les explications plus détaillées de fonctionnement des équipements lors de notre arrivée. Il faut également noter la présence d’une personne qui garde la propriété.
