La tranquillité et de merveilleux souvenirs vous attendent! La maison principale de cette villa tropicale privée dispose de 4 chambres à coucher et de 4 salles de bains spacieuses pour 10-12 personnes. La maison principale peut accueillir 8 personnes. La maison d'hôtes sur la propriété dispose d'une chambre supplémentaire, d'un canapé-lit gigogne et d'une salle de bains et peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes de plus. Situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Palm Beach, des boutiques, des restaurants, des casinos, des pistes de bowling, des cinémas, des animations en plein air, des sports nautiques et des attractions, à 5-10 minutes en voiture des nombreuses eaux cristallines turquoises et de ses plages immaculées. Les plages voisines incluent Eagle Beach, Arashi, Malmok et Boca Catalina.

Palm Beach Paradise Villa a été mis à jour avec de nouvelles surfaces extérieures une magnifique piscine refaire printemps 2018! La cuisine a été complètement rénovée en novembre 2017! Elle propose un plan d'étage spacieux, une piscine privée et une toute nouvelle Palapa. Des couleurs de peinture tranquilles et un mobilier tropical créent un environnement relaxant qui vous mènera dans un monde de rêve. Le plan d'étage est ouvert et spacieux et chacune des chambres est située pour la plus grande intimité. Les deux chambres au 1er étage ont des lits king size spacieux. Deux des chambres ont une salle de bain privée. La suite à l'étage a deux lits Queen et une salle de bain privée. Il y a une maison d'hôtes séparée équipée de sa propre chambre avec un lit queen, salle de bain et coin salon pour vous donner une quatrième chambre privée. La maison d'hôtes est incluse pour les fêtes> 6 personnes ou peut être ajoutée si nécessaire pour un supplément de 125,00 $ par séjour. Elle sera toujours vacante si elle n'est pas utilisée par votre parti pour la plus grande confidentialité de votre villa.

Pour compléter vos journées à la plage, elle fournit des serviettes de plage, du matériel de plongée, des glacières, des chaises de plage et bien sûr des nouilles sur lesquelles flotter. Remplissez la glacière avec votre boisson et vos collations préférées et apportez votre crème solaire. Besoin d'une pause de la plage? Détendez-vous dans sa piscine privée entourée d'un magnifique paysage tropical. Que vous choisissiez de prendre un bain de soleil, de flotter sur une chaise longue au bord de la piscine ou de vous détendre sous le Palapa, il n'y a pas de monde ici pour vous détendre dans votre paradis privé. Il y a même un deuxième réfrigérateur dans la buanderie pour les boissons à débordement.

Le Palm Beach Paradise Villa se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants d’Aruba, notamment de Madame Janette, de Gasparito, du Chalet Suisse, de Wacky Wahoo… vraiment trop nombreux pour être nommés. Vous voulez créer votre propre cuisine raffinée ou un repas cuisiné à la maison? SuperFoods, l'une des épiceries les plus raffinées de l'île, se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. La cuisine de la villa Palm Beach Paradise est équipée et prête à vous aider à préparer des repas maison!

Oh, et elle adore les jeux après le coucher du soleil. Des cartes sont disponibles et l'un de ses «jeux de pelouse» préférés, baptisés «cornhole», «bean bag toss» ou «baggo», se met parfaitement en place dans la cour privée avant. (Nous vous fournirons les instructions si vous en avez besoin!) Une fois la nuit tombée, le mur de la cour s’illumine pour ce jeu amusant qui peut même résister à la brise d’Aruba. La Palapa s’allume également après la tombée de la nuit pour déguster des cartes et prendre un verre ou simplement pour discuter. Pas pour une fête? Flottez sur une chaise longue dans la piscine en regardant les étoiles. Glissez votre téléphone dans la station d'accueil Ihome et votre musique préférée donne vie à tout cela.

A nice getaway in a great location
Pictures online are all accurate and the location was better than expected. It is a very short walk (5-7min) to the Palm Beach “downtown” area and the beach. Whether you want to chill in the backyard pool area or walk to the beach, you can have it your way with little effort. You will enjoy a week in Aruba at this property.

Great vacation home
Our family of nine ranging in age from 4-67 spent the week after Thanksgiving at this villa. Everything was top notch. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, clean, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. Our grandkids loved the pool as well as playing bags and Jenga. Jenn was always quick to respond if we had questions. With beach chairs, blankets, cooler, and small kids we found it easier to load everyone in the van and drive to Palm Beach, but the description of it being a 7 minute walk is accurate. We found Eagle Beach to be just as nice and also quieter, and also highly recommend the 40 minute drive to Baby Beach, which was our favorite. The Palm Beach area had an excellent assortment of restaurants and shops. We also had a blast on day trips to ride UTV's and also De Palm island. We can't wait to come back to Aruba and hope to return to Palm Beach 466 some day!

Perfectly located piece of paradise.
We had such a great time enjoying this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location to enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping near by. The villa is very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. We spend endless hours floating in the huge pool and enjoying the outside areas. The villa is very spacious and had a great layout, allowing for privacy and lots of space. Can't wait for our next Aruba adventure and would love to stay at this villa again. Best spring break!
We traveled with two families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 16 and we had plenty of space for everyone. From initial booking the house were very responsive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of pool floats, beach towels, and sand toys. The two coolers were also great to have for beach days. The walk from the house to our toes in the sand was only five minutes and super easy. We loved having our own place to come back at the end of the night and play cornhole, swim, and play games. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spring Break in Paradise
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-11 yo) absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We walked 5 min to the restaurants on Palm Beach and found the grocery stores to have a wonderful variety of food for meals cooked at home. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the palapa in the shade. Our favorite beach was Arashi because it was more rustic and less crowded. Jen was the best host we have ever had and we rent a lot of properties! Her communication, recommendations, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect was appreciated. We spent a day at DePalm Island and rented a beach cabana to see the flamingos. The kids had a blast on the water slides, banana boat, and snorkeling that day. We would highly recommend it for families! There is so much to do in Aruba we are already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay at the same property again and highly recommend it to others. We seriously hated to leave!

We wanted to share Aruba with our adult children and their significant others. This property has 3 bedrooms and baths so everyone can get ready easily. In addition, there’s a guest house with an additional bedroom/bath. The owners have thought of everything you would need from beach chairs/coolers to games in the living room. Jenn provided many excellent suggestions from Jolly Pirates snorkeling to Tuesday night tacos at Lolas. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool if you’d rather have a relaxing afternoon at the house. We highly recommend staying at Paradise Villa! Absolutely exceeded expectations.

February '24 Vacation
We stayed at the property for 7-days with 5-adults and 2-childern (5&10). We had plenty of space for everyone. The property was just as advertised, and very clean. The kids loved having the pool to themselves after full days of the beach and exploring Aruba. Having a full sized kitchen and fridge was great as well as having an outdoor grill to cook. The hosts were very accommodating and were available for anything we needed. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The beach is a short walk from the villa however there is a slightly busy road you have to cross. It wasn't a big deal as we managed just fine. Never needed to wait more than 2min to cross. We would carry chairs and coolers from the villa to the beach which no one ever complained about. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Stores are close by for quick things and larger stores are about a 5min drive. Overall, we would most certainly (and are planning to) rent again as the experience was very good. Thank you for the fun memories Paradise Villa!

This property was just perfect and was exactly as described. Our group had (4) couples, the property gave us plenty of room so we all had our own space, but also allowed us to gather for drinks, cards and plenty of laughs. The property is only about 5-7 minute walk from shopping, restaurants, the beach and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were extremely helpful and super easy to work with. Simply Perfect!
We stayed at Palm Beach Paradise Villa January 12-18 2024 for a family vacation with our 3 adult children, all in their 20s. The rental was exactly as advertised--clean, spacious, well-appointed. The pool and outdoor areas were great. And the location was terrific--just a short walk or drive to Palm Beach, and with our rental car we easily trekked around the island. A big thanks to Jen, who contacted us before the trip and offered her recommendations on things to do and places to eat, etc. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

Great home that has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and amenities. Outstanding concierge helps plan a wonderful vacation. This place is even better in person than in the pictures, and the hosts are just as amazing as the house. They are there to help an any way, shape, or form they can. They'll check-in just to make sure everything is going well, and are a true asset to the trip. We timed our walk to the beach at 8 minutes, but chose to walk further at times for open areas. The strip is also a great time at night, and being in the center of Palm Beach, you are a close 5 minute drive to eagle Beach or Arashi Beach (which was our favorite). We used the guest house for a couple that don't like to stay up late paying games, so the space ended up being so perfect. At the end of the trip, each person in my party talked about how great our stay at this house was. If you're going the house rental route in aruba, this is top notch.

Great vacation home!
This house allowed 3 couples privacy and great spaces for gathering! There were several spots inside and outside for meals, lounging, playing board games, swimming, and corn hole! The kitchen was equipped more than in any other rental we’ve used! Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to unpack your clothes. There were some rafts for the pool and beach chairs for all of us to use. There was even some beach toys and scuba masks in the laundry room. Jen responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely rent this home again should our travels bring us back to Aruba!
