They do not have cameras outside the building. Even though we felt safe, My son left his iPad in a cab, all we needed was a license plate number, but because the building didn’t have cameras, we wasn’t able to get it😔 other than that I would definitely return

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Ideal stay if you have a rental car to get around. We didn’t walk to the beach since it was too hot but lots of options for beaches which were 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Issues with communication between orbitz and rental property. I kept getting email and messages to my orbitz email from the rental company but was unable to respond. Make sure you communicate with the company directly to update your email for easier communication. The rental property office was a block away. Everyone was friendly. You should ideally get an email 1 day prior with check in instructions and a list of recommendations for first time visitors, however, we did not. I had contacted orbitz several times prior which was a disaster and not helpful. I gave it 4/5 stars due to poor or lack of communication from orbitz and Bocobay.

The property was exactly as they said it would be, the management was on site to assist. Friendly team and when I messaged the owner they were quick to respond. The condo was spacious and beautiful! We didn’t rent a car so we walked a lot bit that was good for us. The location was off the beaten path but we were only ten min walk from the hotels and beach.

Our suite was ground floor with a courtyard equipped with a bbq, hot tub, dining and sitting areas. Nicely landscaped with a pergola and lights to enjoy morning coffee and evenings outside. The condo was very nicely furnished and had all things necessary for a comfortable stay.

I booked a room on ground floor, with jacuzzi and grill and they put me on second floor, apparently over booked so I contacted property manager and 2 days later that room I booked became available and I moved to the room I originally booked back in July of 2023!!! Not happy!!!

Very clean and stylish apartment. Has everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Convenient location, close to the beach and other amenities. Nice and beautiful pool which our kids loved. Thank you for making our stay a One Happy Vacation on the island! We will be back! :)
